All products in our store are personally sourced by our team. We guarantee that all items are 100% authentic Disney products, and we do not sell counterfeit items.

As our products are purchased in bulk, one receipt may include dozens of different items. Therefore, we are unable to provide individual receipts or purchase invoices for each item. Thank you for your understanding.

We are not an official Disney store. We are simply a sourcing store sharing lovely Disney products and serving Disney fans who love these items.

Returns & Exchanges

Once sold, products are not eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges, unless there is a genuine product quality issue.

The following situations are not considered quality issues:

Minor loose threads, slight colour differences, change of mind, the item not matching personal expectations, the item not looking exactly the same as the photos, missing a birthday/anniversary date, relationship changes, or personal opinions about workmanship details.

Shipping & Delivery

This product will be shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse in China.

International delivery usually takes around 10–15 business days. Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, flight schedules, public holidays, or local courier delays.
